New York state legalizes medical marijuana, but you're not allowed to smoke it

Matt Bradwell NEW YORK, July 7 (UPI) -- Andrew Cuomo signed into law Wednesday a measure making New York the 23rd to legalize medical marijuana -- but only smokeless forms will be available.
