St. Jude Medical, Inc. , a global medical device company, today announced that its board of directors declared a third quarter dividend of $0.27 per common share. This dividend amount is equal to the dividend paid during the first and second quarters of 2014 and brings the total dividend declared for the year to $0.81 per share.
