Judge: Daley can present medical evidence behind closed doors

A Cook County judge ruled today that former mayor Richard M. Daley's lawyers can privately present evidence of the "medical hardship" they say should spare him from having to testify in the city's lawsuit against a popular Millennium Park restaurant, rather than having to discuss the health issues in open court.
