Medical Properties Trust Announces Public Offering of $300 Million of Senior Notes

Medical Properties Trust, Inc. announced today that its operating partnership, MPT Operating Partnership, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership , and MPT Finance Corporation, a Delaware corporation and wholly-owned subsidiary of the Operating Partnership , intend to offer, subject to market and other conditions, $300 million aggregate principal amount of senior notes due 2024 .
