Lombard Medical, Inc. Prices U.S. Initial Public Offering; Raises $55 Million on NASDAQ Global Market Listing

Lombard Medical, Inc. announced today the pricing of the initial public offering of 5,000,000 ordinary shares at a price to the public of $11 per share. The shares will be listed on the NASDAQ Global Market under the ticker symbol “EVAR” on April 25, 2014.
