OncoSec Medical Closes $16 Million Registered Direct Offering

OncoSec Medical Inc. , a company developing its ImmunoPulse DNA-based intratumoral cancer immunotherapy, announced today that it has closed a registered direct offering of 22,535,212 shares of its common stock at a price of $0.71 per share and warrants to purchase up to an aggregate of 7,887,325 shares of common stock at an exercise price of $0.90 per share for a term of five years.
